Independant Plants were designed with a "hair-blackening effect" to decrease their possibility of existing.
Hence, when a plant's hair turns completely black, he or she will die. But now that the Humanoid Typhoon's hair has gone black, it leaves us with the mystery...

why is he still standing..?

What does "black" mean..

Vash the Stampede has held a strong determination for centuries.
He's clung to his beliefs,
his promises,
his sanity.
But is our hellbent hero losing his resolve...?
When pushed to the edge, will his restraint crumble?
Perhaps some supernatural glitch?
Or is this enigma just a plant oddity..?
Whatever it is,
This is the legacy of Black Vash</sup>

Not much needs to be said here...as of yet, there is not much that can be said. x3 The situation with "Black Vash" is still very new, and we know NOTHING for sure yet. Speculate though we may, nobody knows for sure just what the whole "black" deal is about.
